I hate to break this to you, but all of the bands (excluding Type O Negative) that you've listed are poser-Goth bands. If you want to get into Gothic rock, start out with the classics and work your way up.

um, none of those bands you listed are goth in the least, but primarily metal it looks like.

Christian Death (only the old stuff with Rozz)

Opeth, as mentioned above, is a great band to check out. Also try some funeral doom (ok, its not as scary as it sounds) like the song When Light Will Dawn by Funeral, its all female operatic vocals and extremely forlorn (wow, never used that word before) and is both heavy and delicate. Also try My Dying Bride, they are a really popular death/doom act.
