Example:
Combichrist “Who’s Your Daddy, Snakegirl?” (on the “Everbody hates you” album) starts off with a minute long sample of a barker describing a sideshow oddity (a snakegirl) before proceeding with Combichrist’s usual sound.

I use EBM and synthpop as the background music for my fire routine. Yes, I could get a friend to cut me a tape as an intro, but using music that mentioned the usual freaks and oddities would help create the right atmosphere.
